Yes. Every ARTATVA artist holds a minimum £5m PLI policy (most carry £10m). Certificates are attached to each booking's audit pack — no chasing required.
Can we book on a purchase order or require an invoice before payment?
Corporate and Enterprise accounts support PO-backed booking workflows. Invoice lands in your vault with the audit bundle on booking completion.
What if the artist cancels a week before our event?
Every booking has a pre-assigned backup artist at the same compliance and skill level. Cancellation triggers the backup within 4 hours — your event date holds.
Can we manage multiple events under one organisation account?
Yes. The business client portal (business.artatva.co.uk) supports team members, approval workflows, consolidated invoicing, and a shared booking vault.
How does the Pro tier work?
ARTATVA Pro (£199/month) applies a 15% commission rate for organisations running 10 or more bookings per quarter, saving £100–£400 per booking versus Standard.
