Yes. Any ARTATVA artist working in a school setting holds an Enhanced DBS check with the Children's Barred List applied. Certificates are processed via uCheck (a UK government-registered umbrella body) and are re-verified on a 3-year cycle.
Is ARTATVA aligned to KCSIE?
Our safeguarding policy, artist briefing pack, and contract templates are written against KCSIE Part 1 (latest edition). Every school booking generates a compliance bundle your DSL can file directly.
What if an artist cancels the day before?
Every booking has a pre-assigned backup artist at the same compliance level. On any confirmed cancellation, ARTATVA activates the backup within 4 hours. You don't reschedule the assembly.
How do we pay — can we raise a purchase order?
Yes. Schools on our Education account tier can raise a PO before booking is confirmed. Stripe escrow holds the fee until delivery; invoice lands in your vault with the audit bundle.
